Because products are digital, informational, and often time-sensitive, all sales are final once the purchased information has been delivered, displayed, accessed, sent by email, or sent by text message. A change in an event, scratch, weather condition, odds, outcome, or customer decision does not create a right to a refund.
No Guaranteed Results
Purchasing a package does not guarantee any outcome, return, winning result, or profit. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Duplicate Charges or Delivery Problems
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or you did not receive the item described at checkout, contact us promptly with your name, purchase date, payment confirmation, and email or telephone number. We will review documented billing or delivery errors. Any remedy remains subject to applicable law and the payment provider’s requirements.
Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe a transaction was unauthorized, contact PayPal or your financial institution immediately and notify Official Horse Picks. Do not knowingly submit a false payment dispute or chargeback.
